Sites of the Uk
Growing up in rural England, I've encountered many people criticising the UK claiming its culture and sites do not compare to other European countries. I believe Britain is unappreciated and embarked on this project in October 2018 to showcase some of the beauty on offer in Her Majesty's country.
I have chosen to edit the pictures in this project using the Photoshop cutout effect; as the name implies, this will make my images look like card cutouts. This is because I want it to feel like the UK is being seen for the first time, as if by a child, and the cutout effect is somewhat child like and innocent. The cutout effect is also one that is popular among tourists visiting the UK.
